U.S. Shipping Update

Australia Post has temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. while they update their systems in response to new U.S. government tariff changes.

For the moment, all U.S. orders placed after August 26, 2025 can only be shipped via DHL Express. This service avoids the flat US $80–200 postal surcharge that applies to international parcels entering the U.S. through postal handovers (such as Australia Post → USPS, Royal Mail → USPS, etc.).

All duties and customs fees are now calculated and collected at checkout when you place your order. This means you can pre-pay everything upfront — no surprise invoices or extra charges when your parcel arrives.

📦 Estimated Duties & Fees (shown at checkout)

U.S. Customs duties vary by fabric type:

Fabric Type Approx. Duty Rate Example on US $200 Order + DHL Admin Fee Total Estimated
Silk apparel 7.5% US $15 US $15 ≈ US $30
Polyester apparel 25–30% US $60 US $15 ≈ US $75

These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are now pre-paid at checkout for your convenience. DHL will then deliver your order with no extra steps on your end. There will be no surprise fees or additional costs after you check out — everything is already included upfront.

We are actively working towards a long-term solution to make U.S. shipping more affordable and streamlined.

Thank you for your patience and support while we navigate these new tariff changes.
