Free shipping on orders $400 AUD+
Bambi The Label aims to dispatch your order as quickly as possible — typically within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
The timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on your location. Shipping to remote areas may take longer than the estimates below.
Please note that only standard international shipping is available for some countries. All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or hotels.
Bambi The Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless Route Shipping Protection has been purchased at checkout. If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels must be submitted directly through Route via their claim portal: Route Claim Portal. If you did not purchase Route Shipping Protection, then once your parcel leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (Australia Post or DHL Express), and any claims must be made directly with them. We strongly recommend selecting Route Shipping Protection at checkout to give you peace of mind.
