Returns & Exchanges
At Bambi The Label we pride ourselves on our beautifully crafted garments that our customers fall in love with. However, if your order is not quite right, we are here to assist you with your return.
Exchanges
We understand sometimes it's difficult to get the right size when you are shopping online. If you would like to exchange a size, please send us an email at bambithelabel@outlook.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the return package, we will ship out the new one free of charge (Aus orders only).
Please note that the return shipping cost for Australian customers to us is at the expense of the customer but we will pay for your exchanged items to the posted back to you.
For international customers, the return shipping cost to us is at your expense both ways. International customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Occasionally, purchases may not be what you imagined it to be. If your purchase doesn't meet all of your expectations you can return / exchange for a different style within 14 days of delivery.
We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any alterations for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Please be sure to take care when trying on garments, as we do not accept garments that have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Shipping costs and international customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items & Sample Sales
Please note that all sales of Sale Items and Sample Sales are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against any sale purchases and the conditions set out in the Exchange and Return policy will not apply.
Garments sold as a sample sale are prototypes made by our seamstress that have had adjustments before the final product is released. They may also be garments used in photoshoots. Therefore there may be slight imperfections with the the item. Photos of the sample are true and will display any imperfections. Please inspect these images carefully as Sample Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Pre Orders
We do not produce mass bulk and because of this we offer pre-orders. We cut very small runs of inventory and pre sell many of our best sellers to ensure that each garment is going to someone that loves it. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame listed on the product page. Because of unforeseen production delays, we cannot always guarantee styles will ship in that time frame, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you get your item in a timely fashion. If delays are severe, we will contact you to see if you’d like to keep the delayed pre-order or if you’d like a refund.
If your order has in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold your in-stock item(s) until you pre-order item(s) is ready. If you would like us to ship these items separately and have your in stock item(s) posted immediately, please contact bambithelabel@outlook.com.au to pay an additional shipping fee.
Faulty Goods
In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at bambithelabel@outlook.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.
Customs Policy
Unfortunately we can’t be held accountable for any customs charges , buyers accept responsibility for paying these charges if they incur.
Shipping
Free shipping if you spent $400 AUD or more.
Bambi The Label will aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We offer three services for deliveries, outlined below. The timeframes outlined are estimates only, and will vary depending on the destination. Shipping to remote areas may take longer than the timeframes above.
Only standard international shipping will be available to some international countries. All international orders require orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
Bambi The Label is is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post/ DHL Express and all claims must be filed through them.
Please note, that in order to minimise costs for our customers, all orders shipped with DHL Express will be packaged in courier satchels.

International Taxes & Customs Charges
Depending on the country, your order may be subject to import duties & taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination outside of Australia. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Payment of any such import duties & taxes is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information so you are aware of exact charges that could potentially be incurred. Bambi The Label does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Shipping time frames listed above also do not include customs processing delays which we are unable to control.
